Yes. Every batch is assayed by Bioindustrial Services in Boksburg, an independent biotechnology laboratory, using HPLC. We do not self-certify purity. The signed certificate of analysis for each batch — including lab number, method and assayed result — is published on our Quality Standards page.
A minimum of 99% assayed purity before release. Published certificates on recent batches show results between 98.81% and 100.16% by HPLC. Any batch that does not meet the threshold is not released for sale.
Yes — we ship across the Netherlands and to every EU member state. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands with tracked courier delivery, and all prices are shown in euros. Because orders ship from inside the EU, there is no customs border to cross.
After dispatch, delivery takes 1–3 business days within the Netherlands and 2–5 business days to the rest of the EU. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day.
Tracking details are emailed to the address on your order as soon as it ships. If more than two business days have passed and you have not received them, send us a message through our contact page and we will resend them.

Unreconstituted lyophilised vials are vacuum-sealed and should be kept cool, dry and out of direct light; refrigeration extends shelf life. Once reconstituted, vials must be refrigerated at 2–8°C and protected from light. Do not freeze a reconstituted vial.
