1. Research Use Only

All products offered by PURIST Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and scientific purposes only. They are not medicinal products and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, medical use, diagnostic use or therapeutic application. They are not authorised as medicines under Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 or Directive 2001/83/EC and no medical claims are made for them.

By purchasing from this website you acknowledge the research-only nature of these products and accept responsibility for their lawful handling, storage and use in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, certificates of analysis and specifications. However PURIST Peptides does not warrant that all content on this website is error-free, current or exhaustive. Product availability, descriptions and pricing may change without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euro (EUR) and include Dutch VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be completed through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraudulent activity or inaccurate information is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, courier performance and factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the statutory exception under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds once unsealed. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PURIST Peptides shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the purchase, handling, storage, misuse or unauthorised use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, product photography and documentation, is the property of PURIST Peptides and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
