At PURIST Peptides, our delivery process is built to ensure reliability, discretion, and product integrity—from order placement through to final delivery.
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
• Every order undergoes a quality check and secure packaging before dispatch
3. Packaging Standards
All products are:
• Securely sealed to maintain product integrity
• Discreetly packaged with no external product identification
• Prepared to minimise risk of damage during transit
4. Shipping & Courier
We only work with reputable courier partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
• Delivery Time: Typically 1–3 business days once shipped
• Delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:
• A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS
• You can track your shipment directly with the courier
6. Delivery Requirements
• A recipient must be available at the delivery address
• The courier may contact you to coordinate delivery if required
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Weather or unforeseen disruptions
• High order volumes
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our control. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues where possible.
8. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional courier charges for re-delivery.
