PURIST Peptides ships from the Netherlands to customers across the Netherlands and the European Union using tracked courier services.

1. Order Processing

Orders are dispatched promptly after payment confirmation; the delivery times below are counted from order placement. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days from order placement

• Rest of the European Union: 2–5 business days from order placement

These timelines reflect typical courier performance and may vary during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within the Netherlands is €8.75. Shipping to other EU destinations is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Any applicable free-shipping threshold is shown in your cart before payment.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel at any time through the courier's tracking system using the number provided.

5. Packaging & Product Protection

All PURIST products are securely packaged using protective materials to ensure safe transport and preserve compound stability. Parcels are discreetly packaged with no external product identification.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or returned shipments.

7. Customs and Import

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import charges.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
